§ 1How Phazic is sold판매 방식

Phazic is licensed, not sold, under a perpetual licence (one-time, use that version indefinitely) or an annual subscription (yearly, always up to date). Both are node-locked and activated online. The Designer annual subscription is listed publicly (from $1,490 / year, single seat); Designer Pro and above, all perpetual licences, and team, site and volume licences are quoted, since those purchases are usually negotiated for a group.

Phazic 은 판매가 아닌 라이선스 형태로 제공되며, 영구 라이선스(1회 구매, 해당 버전 영구 사용) 또는 연간 구독(연 단위, 항상 최신)으로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 두 형태 모두 기기 잠금(node-lock)·온라인 활성화 방식입니다. Designer 연간 구독은 공개가(연 $1,490부터, 1 좌석)로 제공되며, Designer Pro 이상·모든 영구 라이선스·팀·사이트·볼륨 라이선스는 통상 그룹 단위로 협의되므로 견적으로 안내드립니다.

§ 3Free trial무료 체험

A free, time-limited trial of the full Phazic Suite (all modules and features) is available for evaluation — a 10-day period, extendable on request. Evaluate against your own materials before you buy. The trial does not require payment and is for evaluation only.

§ 4Payment & billing결제 및 청구

How an order is processed depends on how it is placed.

Self-serve orders (listed editions). Editions with a listed price are sold through our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, applicable sales tax / VAT, and refunds. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Paddle receipt or customer portal.

Quoted orders (team, floating, site and volume licences). Quoted licences are sold directly by Devign29 against a purchase order. Devign29 is the seller of record; we issue a commercial invoice and settlement is by bank transfer (T/T). For business customers in the EU and UK, VAT is accounted for by the recipient under the reverse-charge mechanism. All bank charges outside the Republic of Korea, including intermediary bank charges, are borne by the remitter.

Orders within the Republic of Korea. Domestic orders are sold directly by Devign29, settled by bank transfer or card, with a Korean tax invoice (세금계산서) issued. Paddle is not involved in domestic orders.

Security notice. Devign29 will never notify a change of bank details by email. If you receive such a notice, verify it by telephone before remitting.

주문 경로에 따라 처리 방식이 달라집니다.

셀프 주문(정가 표시 에디션). 정가가 표시된 에디션은 온라인 리셀러 Paddle(Paddle.com Market Ltd)을 통해 판매되며, Paddle 이 해당 주문의 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)입니다. Paddle 이 결제·청구·세금(VAT 등)·환불을 처리하며, 구독 갱신·취소는 Paddle 영수증 또는 고객 포털에서 관리됩니다.

견적 주문(팀·플로팅·사이트·볼륨 라이선스). 견적 라이선스는 Devign29 가 직접 판매하며, 구매발주(PO)에 따라 상업송장(Invoice)을 발행하고 계좌이체(T/T)로 정산합니다. 이 주문의 판매자는 Devign29 입니다. EU·영국 기업 고객의 경우 VAT 는 리버스차지(reverse-charge)로 수령인이 신고합니다. 대한민국 외 지역에서 발생하는 은행 수수료(중개은행 수수료 포함)는 송금인이 부담합니다.

국내 주문. 국내 주문은 Devign29 가 직접 판매하며, 계좌이체 또는 카드로 결제하고 세금계산서를 발행합니다. 국내 주문에는 Paddle 이 개입하지 않습니다.
